Please note these slippers are still made in Spain in EU sizes and to European specifications. You will receive an EU size and the conversions are as follows: 3=36EU, 4=37EU, 5=38EU, 6=39EU, 6.5=40EU, 7=41EU, 8=42EU

Inside your box you will find your Royal Mail pre-paid returns label.

Please repack the shoes carefully into the original mail bag and stick the returns label over the old mailing label then take the parcel to your local post office. Be sure to pop the original invoice or a note with your order number so we know who to refund.
