Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you need to return it, we’re happy to help!

You have 30 days from delivery, to return your order to us for a refund. Please note that your footwear must be in its original condition, and within its original box. Please protect the box with the original plastic mailing bag. If you no longer have this bag, a supermarket bag taped around the box will suffice. Please ensure that tape is not applied directly to the shoebox itself.

We do not cover the cost of returns, but we have a handy Royal Mail returns portal you can use, to access a reduced-price, fully tracked Royal Mail return label. The cost of the returns label is £3.00 and this will deducted from your refund after the return has been received.

If you live locally to our Bramhall store, you may also return items here free of charge. Just take along your shoes and order number, and our team in store will be happy to help.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for us to process it. We will let you know once we have processed your return and your refund has been issued.

We do not offer exchanges so in order to obtain a different size or colour we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the first item for a refund.

International orders - 

Importing an item into your own country may incur additional taxes and charges. These are outside of our control and must be paid to your local shipping company who will handle these charges on your behalf before releasing the goods. Please call for an estimate of the charges.

return costs for international orders are always paid for by the buyer.
