Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you need to return it, we’re happy to help!

You have 30 days from delivery, to return your order to us for a refund. Please note that your footwear must be in its original condition, and within its original box. Please protect the box with the original plastic mailing bag. If you no longer have this bag, a supermarket bag taped around the box will suffice. Please ensure that tape is not applied directly to the shoebox itself.

We do not cover the cost of returns, but we have a handy Royal Mail returns label included in your order. The cost of using the returns label is £3.00 and this will deducted from your refund after the return has been received.

Items purchased through 3rd party marketplaces must be returned through that marketplaces' dedicated returns service.

If you live locally to our Bramhall store, you may also return items here free of charge. Just take along your shoes and order number, and our team in store will be happy to help.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for us to process it. We will let you know once we have processed your return and your refund has been issued.

We do not offer exchanges so in order to obtain a different size or colour we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the first item for a refund.

International returns

For international returns, the cost of the return is paid for by the buyer, you can use any local postal service to ensure the item reaches us.
