Free returns
Inside your box you will find your Royal Mail pre-paid returns label.
Please repack the shoes carefully into the original mail bag and stick the returns label over the old mailing label then take the parcel to your local post office. Be sure to pop the original invoice or a note with your order number so we know who to refund.
For faulty items we kindly ask that you provide a photo of the fault before returning the item. Get in touch with us using the contact form below and we will reply back with an email address you can use to send photos to.
