HOW TO USE SHOESTRING COOL FRESH INSOLES:

Our comfort insoles for shoes come with printed cut lines, sizes ranging from ladies UK size 3 Euro size 36, to men’s UK size 11 Euro size 45. meaning that one pair can easily be trimmed to fit most adult sizes.
Using the easy to use cut lines on the reverse of the insole select one size up from your actual shoe size. (we recommend this is because of the variation in shoe sizes and shapes).

Trim the insole along the cut line you have selected.
Insert the newly trimmed insole into your chosen footwear, insert your hand into the shoe and feel to ensure that the insole is sitting flush with the toe of the shoe. Ensure that the heel of the insole is sitting flush with the rear of the shoe.
as you have trimmed slightly larger than your shoe size you may have a small amount of excess, if this is the case using a market pen, push the nib into the crease can to show where to trim.
If the insole is far too big trim down following for the guide to your actual shoe size.

Shipping & Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you need to return it, we’re happy to help!

You have 30 days from delivery, to return your order to us for a refund. Please note that your footwear must be in its original condition, and within its original box. Please protect the box with the original plastic mailing bag. If you no longer have this bag, a supermarket bag taped around the box will suffice. Please ensure that tape is not applied directly to the shoebox itself.

We do not cover the cost of returns, but we have a handy Royal Mail returns portal you can use, to access a reduced-price, fully tracked Royal Mail return label. The cost of the returns label is £3.00 and this will deducted from your refund after the return has been received.

If you live locally to our Bramhall store, you may also return items here free of charge. Just take along your shoes and order number, and our team in store will be happy to help.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for us to process it. We will let you know once we have processed your return and your refund has been issued.

We do not offer exchanges so in order to obtain a different size or colour we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the first item for a refund.
